Pricing

Whilst our base pricing has remained largely unchanged for many years, we have had to introduce a small increase of £5 per night for the East Court apartments from 2024 to cover increased utility costs, laundering costs and significantly increased cost to rent our parking spaces.

Pricing for apartment 3 Minterne remains unchanged for 2024.

​

With respect to the East Court apartments, our base pricing applies to one or two guests.

 

There is an additional £20 per booking for each guest over and above two guests.

 

We also have a £20 charge per booking for pets.

​

The above charges reflect the additional costs incurred for laundering and housekeeping.

 

We believe our pricing is fair and represents great value for the quality accommodation we offer.

​

This is demonstrated by the fact that more than half of our bookings are returning guests.

​

Discounts & Specials

We offer a 10% discount on all bookings of 7 nights or more, the one exception being the core summer holiday period where the minimum stay is 7 nights.

​

Why not think about a winter break and take advantage of our extremely competitive pricing from November through to the end of February starting from just £75 per night (excludes Christmas Eve to New Years' Day), minimum stay just 3 nights.

​

We also have a Polar Express special where the minimum stay is just two nights from mid-November until pre-Christmas. Take advantage of a short stay with a trip on the Polar Express and take in the many Christmas attractions Swanage offers.
