We meet and surpass the Visit England COVID-19 industry standard for self-contained accommodation.

General Hygiene

We always do our own thorough housekeeping with antibacterial products, which will obviously continue, including the communal areas. As ever this will include all high touch surfaces, doors, handles, kitchen equipment, TV remote controls etc. We also ensure that all of the laundry is washed on the maximum temperature with bedding pressed and as new for each guest.

We provide a contactless hand sanitizer dispenser at the entrance to the East Court apartments for your use. We also provide antibacterial hand wash products in the kitchen and bathroom of all apartments for your use.

Whilst we cannot guarantee 100% that all germs will be killed, you can be assured that we have done everything possible to minimise the risk of spreading COVID-19 and make your stay a happy and healthy one.

Check-in / Check-out

We offer contactless check-in and check-out by way of a key safe at the entrance to the apartments.

​

However if preferred we are happy to greet face to face (socially distanced as appropriate to the prevailing rules) to hand over keys and assist with directions etc.
